From Harrisburg or Allentown:
  Take I-78 to Exit 19 (Old Exit 7) Strausstown/Route 183.
  Go south on Route 183 to Bern Church (11.6 miles).
  Turn right onto Palisades Drive. Travel 1.9 miles and turn left onto County Road.
  Travel 1/2 mile and the Berks County Agricultural Center is on the right (near Berks Heim County Nursing Home and the Berks County Prison).
From Points South of Reading:
  Take I-176 to Route 422 West (NOT Business Route 422).
  Take Route 422 West (NOT Business Route 422) to Route 222 North (NOT Business Route 222) and travel to the Route 183 North exit (Reading Airport exit). At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route 183 North.
  Follow Route 183 North 0.8 miles to the traffic light at West Leesport Road. Turn left onto West Leesport Road.
  Proceed 1/10 mile to the stop sign (right turn keep moving) and turn right onto County Welfare Road.
  Travel 1.1 miles on County Welfare Road. The Berks County Agricultural Center is on the left (near Berks Heim County Nursing Home and the Berks County Prison).
From Lancaster:
  Take Route 222 North. Traveling toward Reading, before getting to Shillington, continue onto the new 2 lane expressway - Route 222 North, toward Reading and Allentown, (NOT Business Route 222).
  Follow Route 222 to the Route 183 North exit (Reading Airport exit). At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route 183 North.
  Follow Route 183 North 0.8 miles to the traffic light at West Leesport Road. Turn left onto West Leesport Road.
  Proceed 1/10 mile to the stop sign (right turn keep moving) and turn right onto County Welfare Road.
  Travel 1.1 miles on County Welfare Road. The Berks County Agricultural Center is on the left (near Berks Heim County Nursing Home and the Berks County Prison).

From Pottstown:
  Travel Route 422 West (NOT Business Route 422) and stay on that bypass around Reading (stay in left hand lane) which becomes Route 222 North (do NOT take Business Route 222). Travel on this route directly to the Route 183 exit. Follow directions from Route 183 below.
From Lebanon:
  Travel Route 422 East (NOT Business Route 422) through Sinking Spring and turn left up the hill onto Mull Avenue (big intersection with Route 724 at McDonald's. Travel through 3 traffic lights to intersection with Route 222. Take Route 222 North (right turn) directly to the next exit, which is Route 183. Follow directions from Route 183 below (do NOT take Business Route 222).
From Lancaster:
  Travel Route 222 North toward Reading and Allentown (do NOT take Business Route 222) and stay on that bypass around Reading, avoiding Shillington. Travel on this 2 lane expressway directly to the Route 183 exit. Follow directions from Route 183 below.
From Route 183:
 

Take Route 183 North to the traffic light at West Leesport Road.

Turn left and follow West Leesport Road through the housing development.

Turn right onto County Welfare Road.

The Berks County 4-H Community Center will be on the left - look for the 4-H Clover sign.

There is a lot of new construction in the area. If you feel lost, stop and ask for directions before you go too far. The 4-H Center is on the county lands near the Berks Heim and the Berks County Prison (most Berks Countians will know where those 2 landmarks are).
